Funding/Renewable Energy Sources Act EEG
High returns with clean energy – with state support through the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG)Solar power systems represent attractive financial assets for both private and commercial investors. This is guaranteed by the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG). In accordance with this act, the electricity generated is fed into the public power grid and reimbursed in the form of a fixed feed-in tariff. This is higher than the standard electricity price and is legally assured for 20 years.

Funding programme for industrial companiesInvestment subsidy
Companies based in the new German federal states receive an investment subsidy for acquiring a photovoltaic system under certain preconditions. The subsidy amount is stipulated in the "Investitionszulagengesetz" (Investment Allowance Act - InvZulG) and the subsidy can be applied for from the responsible fiscal authority. This funding is paid in addition to the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) reimbursement and makes the acquisition of a photovoltaic system even more attractive.
The "KfW Mittelstandsbank" offers various types of funding and subsidies for photovoltaic systems:
Subsidies for energy consulting to increase energy efficiency in SMBs.
Energy efficiency consulting
Low-interest loans to improve energy efficiency in SMBs.
ERP environment and energy efficiency programme
Environmental loans with interest subsidy from the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU).
BMU environmental innovation programme
For all those who want to generate energy from the sun, biomass, biogas or deep geothermics.
