Parabel can look for an investor for you to run the system on your premises. You grant this investor the rights to use your roof to operate his solar system and you profit from the lease interest.

You do not need to do anything else, as Parabel carries out turnkey installation of the photovoltaic system. You can sit back, relax and enjoy a stable return over a defined period of at least 20 years.

The lease income depends on various factors such as location and roof characteristics. On average, it amounts to between 4 and 5% of the feed-in compensation. The lease can be paid either annually or as a discounted advance payment.
